At Selenite Morocco, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade selenite products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

Please note that the shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging for a faster resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
